A Non-Banking Financial Services company
Geodesic is working with one of India's leading NBFC for providing the last mile solution for its rural lending initiatives. The scope includes developing the client side application for financial inclusion (both smart card based and non-smart card based), security through biometric authentication and provide wireless connectivity on GeoAmida devices. The solution is envisaged to be expanded to support on field data collection, real time de-duping and business intelligence purpose.
Government Public Distribution System (PDS)
Geodesic worked with three partners to run successful pilots in the Indian state of Karnataka for PDS automation in rural and urban centers. The pilot involved biometric authentication, smart card systems and remote data delivery.

They are closely working with Geodesic to develop their application framework for rural banking, based on either contact or contact-less smart card. Rural banking and e-governance projects are two of the primary focus areas. After evaluating various solutions, they found GeoAmida to be the right futuristic solution to run their banking solution.
