Geodesic is committed to providing Comprehensive Warranty, Maintenance and field Support to meet Specific customer requirements. Geodesic has well established Support partner Channel, with trained and experienced personnel. Support and maintenance services are also provided directly by the Geodesic Team.

During the warranty period, GEODESIC, or its authorized service network will repair or replace, at GEODESIC option, the DEVICE or any relevant parts thereof in the event that the DEVICE is found to be defective. Extended warranty / AMC / Service Level Agreements can be worked out to meet customer specific service and support requirements for customers using the devices in large numbers.
Return Policy
The user is to log his complaint with Geodesic Limited. The user is to dispatch the material in original or proper packing to the service center for the repairs citing the reference for the logged complaint.

Service Centers
Geodesic is appointing a third party agency to carry out warranty / AMC related maintenance of the devices. The service will be provided throughout India. We are also in the process of appointing authorized support partners for our International clients.
